Yogashala strives to provide an authentic and pure presentation of Hatha yoga, the yoga of our ancestors under which all forms of physical posture (asana) practices reside. Beyond complementing and elevating your practice with demonstrations of different asanas, the equally important purpose of this website is to facilitate understanding of the philosophy that serves as the foundation of all yoga. Additional resources related to pranayama, Dhyana and shat karma are also presented.

Welcome to Yogashala, your sanctuary for holistic well-being and spiritual growth. Rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, we are dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey that harmonizes the body, mind, and soul. Our teachings are deeply inspired by the timeless practices of Asana, Pranayama, Dhyan (meditation), and the profound philosophies of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
At Yogashala, we believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a way of life. Our classes are designed to help you explore the depths of your being through:
  • Asana: The physical postures that strengthen, flex, and balance the body, preparing it for deeper spiritual practices.
  • Pranayama: The art of breath control, which enhances vitality, calms the mind, and connects you to your inner energy.
  • Dhyan: Meditation techniques that cultivate mindfulness, clarity, and inner peace, allowing you to experience the stillness within.
Additionally, we embrace the Hatha Yoga tradition, which focuses on balancing the solar and lunar energies within the body. Through a combination of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation, Hatha Yoga prepares the practitioner for higher states of consciousness and inner harmony.

At Yogashala, our experienced teachers are passionate about sharing the wisdom of yoga in an authentic and accessible way. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we invite you to join us on this sacred path of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Together, let’s awaken the light within and embrace the true essence of yoga.
